Where do I begin! This couch is hard as a rock! I read the reviews and a lot of people said it was comfortable. What?! Clearly these people sat on rocks before buying this couch. I've had it for about 5 months and the cushions are becoming ugly and deformed. The two sections do not attach together so if you have wood floors like I do then the couch is constantly coming apart. I even put grips on the feet and it still comes apart. This morning my eight year old sat down and ended up falling through the crack onto the floor. I was so mad that I called my boyfriend and told him I was going to take the chainsaw to it. He said he'll take a look at it after work and devise a way to attach it together. Bottom line is that we shouldn't have to do that if the couch had been made properly. Shipping was a nightmare! I ordered the couch and it was to come in 7-10 business days. After 3 weeks I emailed the company to find out why I hadn't received it yet. They told me they didn't have the couch in their warehouse and I would have to wait another week until they could ship one. They were foreign and spoke terrible English. After two more weeks it still wasn't here and I asked that they cancel the order and return my money. They refused to do this saying it would be here in the next week. I finally received my couch after two and a half months. I was so disappointed when I realized how uncomfortable and poorly made it was but after dealing with them for two and a half months I was not about to stress myself out even more by trying to return it. I cut my losses and gave up. In the future I will pay a little extra and go to a furniture store where I can try before I buy.
